2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by RORIZ WEB LTDA under the brand "KX Digital Signage" ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.
3. Description of Service
KX Digital Signage provides a cloud-based platform for managing digital signage content remotely. The Service allows users to upload, organize, and display multimedia content (images, videos, news feeds) on TV screens via Android devices.
4. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
5. Trial Period
New users receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial period expires, access to the Service will be limited unless a paid subscription is activated.
6. Subscription and Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
7. Content and Usage
You retain all rights to the content you upload. However, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. You agree not to upload:
- Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Content that infringes on third-party rights
- Malware or malicious code
8. Storage Limits
Each playlist has a storage limit of 999MB. Individual files must not exceed 199MB. We reserve the right to remove content that exceeds these limits.
9. Service Availability
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
11. Limitation of Liability
KX Digital Signage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
